Technical/Skill Assessment

Panel or Departmental Interview

Final Interview & Cultural Fit Evaluation

In the final round, candidates meet with senior leadership to discuss values, long-term vision, and mutual expectations. This step ensures a strong cultural fit and provides an opportunity to ask strategic questions about the company and role.

Offer & Onboarding

Successful candidates receive a formal offer outlining role details, compensation, and benefits. Once accepted, our onboarding process begins—designed to integrate new hires smoothly into the team, provide the necessary training, and set them up for success.
